AI Integration

AI integration consulting.
Fit intelligence into the workflow.

Bring models, APIs, and bounded agentic workflows into existing applications, with permissions, monitoring, and clear human handoffs.

Applications and data connect to model services through identity controls and monitoring.

A focused engagement

Connect a useful capability to the systems you already use.

An assistant becomes useful when it can retrieve permitted information, return an inspectable result, and hand the work to the right person. We scope those connections around your existing application, identity controls, APIs, and operational responsibilities.

A defined engagement

What the work can include

  • Application, API, and data-flow map
  • Integration and permission requirements
  • Bounded agentic workflow or model integration prototype
  • Monitoring, human-handoff, and deployment plan

What the work involves

Define the task.
Make the choices visible.

An explicit integration boundary

Map which systems can be read, which actions can be proposed, and which changes require approval. Separate a document search or drafting task from actions such as issuing a refund, changing a record, or sending a message.

Failures that have a next step

Plan for unavailable models, slow APIs, conflicting records, access denial, and outputs that fail evaluation. Define timeouts, retries, staff handoffs, and an ordinary workflow people can use when AI is unavailable.

An observable release

Decide what to log, how long to retain it, which information to omit, and who reviews exceptions. Compare quality, latency, and operating cost with the agreed use case before widening access.

A practical starting point

One scope you can review.

Select one read-only workflow, such as finding an approved procedure from an existing application. A first scope can include an API and permission map, a connected prototype, representative test tasks, and an integration runbook. Add write actions only after the review and approval boundaries are agreed.

How to evaluate the work

Agree what useful means.

Test authorized and unauthorized requests, missing sources, model or API failures, staff handoff, and rollback. Evaluate the complete workflow with the intended users rather than treating a successful model response as a completed integration.
